A Total Control Revalve is a custom setup built specifically for you and the type of riding/racing you will be doing. Extensive track testing and research go into this service to give you the best ride possible. The end result is a bike that will have improved traction, greater stability and a “plusher” feel.

Keeping your suspension serviced is very important to maintain peak performance. As fluids break down and guide bushings wear, the suspension becomes harsh and gives the rider a “mushy” result. This service includes complete disassembly of all components. Parts are cleaned and inspected for wear. Imperfections on fork tubes and shock rods are polished and worn parts and fatigue valving are replaced.

*Total Control only uses OEM or higher quality parts.

Inner Fork Tubes - $580.00 per pair

Looking for the Factory Look? Total Control offers (Tin) coatings to all Kayaba and Showa forks. Tin provides a harder and smoother surface resulting in a plusher stroke during flat landings, square edges and heavy side loads. The harder surface also helps reduce stone damage which can cause seal leakage.

*Lower axle lugs are hard coated to complete the total package.

If your bike is too tall and you would feel more confident if it were lowered – Let us do it!

Please remember that lowering the bike is giving up usable travel. Therefore, Total Control only recommends lowering the bike just enough to put you in your comfort zone.
